Our countryside route starts by heading inland through the sleepy town of Vera before turning towards El Cortijo Grande - a fantastic village nestled 500m high in the remote countryside.
As you start climbing be aware of fairly narrow and uneven roads. There are potholes on this route but it's worth it for the silence of the mountains and the spectacular views.
If supplies are needed mid-ride there is a garage for water, fizzy drinks and snacks 60km in.
After the 60km mark, the climbing is nearly done meaning you can enjoy the route's near 20km descent from Gafarillos to Agua Amarga on the coast.
The final test of the legs is the 2nd effort at Mirador de la Granatilla - can you beat your previous time from day 1?
Reward yourself with a cold beer and fresh seafood tapas at Restaurante Rincón del Puerto in Garrucha harbour.
